Nashville’s Busy & So Are We
If you’ve ever wanted to mix business, bourbon, bowling, and a little honky-tonk energy… saddle up.

The Colors On Parade Convention 2026 is headed to Nashville, Tennessee, and this shindig is already drawing a crowd.
Rooms in Music City disappear faster than hot chicken on Broadway, so book ahead and claim your spot before you’re left sleeping in a tour bus
(or worse… paying $500 a night ).
Nashville Awaits: Colors On Parade Convention 2026
Dust off those cowboy boots, stretch those bowling arms, and warm up your “y’all”... because Music City is calling, and she’s got a convention with our name on it.
Your Home Base: Hilton Garden Inn Opryland
We locked down a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Opryland, your official HQ for the week.
Here’s what you’re getting:
Free parking (a Nashville miracle)
Onsite restaurant
A bar that knows how to get the party started (opens daily at 5 PM)
Book your stay here:
Colors On Parade Hilton Group Rate
Pro tip: Opryland tried to charm us with $500-a-night rooms. We said, “Bless your heart” and found you a better deal… so your money can go toward BBQ, bourbon, and bowling shoes instead.
Convention Schedule Highlights
Thursday–Saturday
Meetings, insights, strategy, and some good ol’ fashioned big ideas
Saturday, April 25 (7–10 PM)
The main event at Pinewood Social
Saturday Night: Pinewood Social
Forget fancy banquet halls… we’re going full Nashville flair.
Boots. Hats. Denim. Maybe even a little rhinestone action.
Western style is the theme, and yes… there may be a prize for the best-dressed cowboy or cowgirl who goes all in.
From 7–10 PM, you’ll have exclusive access to:
A tented outdoor patio & pool terrace
A six-lane vintage bowling alley
Drinks, laughs, and bragging rights
Note: Guests under 21 can’t access the pool terrace, but there’s still plenty of fun inside.
Parking Tip:
Free for the first 3 hours, then just $6 for 4 hours or $10 for 12.
Cheaper than an Uber… and way less awkward than trying to two-step in traffic.
Nashville at Your Doorstep
You’ll be right next to some of Music City’s greatest hits:
Grand Ole Opry – Where country legends are born
Opry Mills – Shop ‘til your boots hurt
Gaylord Opryland Resort – Worth the walk (even if you’re not paying $500/night)
Downtown Broadway – Neon lights, live music, and more twang than your playlist
Oh, and did we mention the Rock & Roll Marathon is happening the same weekend?
Yep. The city will be buzzing.
Why You Can’t Miss This
Because this isn’t just a convention…
It’s a celebration.
It’s where:
Networking looks like bowling
Business comes with laughter
Nashville provides the soundtrack
With about 150 attendees, the vibe stays personal, electric, and genuinely useful.
And let’s be honest… we’ve never heard anyone say,
“Geez, that convention wasn’t worth it.”
There’s a reason for that.
