Thursday, April 23 – Welcome Reception (1 hour of pure mingling magic).
Thursday – Saturday – Meetings, insights, and plenty of big ideas.
Saturday, April 25 (7–10 PM) – The party of parties at Pinewood Social.

🎳 The Big Party: Pinewood Social

Banquet halls are out, and honky-tonk fun is in! Our Saturday night party at Pinewood Social is all about western flair... so dust off your cowboy boots, tip your hat, and let your imagination run wild. We will have prizes best-dressed cowboys or cowgirls who goes all out (chaps must have pants under them)... From 7–10 PM, we’ll have exclusive access to:

The outdoor patio and pool terrace (completely tented... because Nashville weather likes to keep things interesting).
A six-lane vintage bowling alley (yes, bragging rights are on the line).

Note: Guests under 21 won’t be allowed on the pool terrace, but they’ll still have plenty of fun inside.

Parking tip: It’s free for the first 3 hours nearby, then just $6 for 4 hours or $10 for 12. Basically, it’s cheaper than an Uber back from Broadway.
