ReconPro Users - Important Info

It is very important that you review the following information to insure that your dealerships are receiving your emailed invoices via ReconPro.


Email Providers have upgraded their security settings once again. With this new change, 3rd party servers such as ReconPro, now fall into categories such as, but not limited to (Promotional, Spam, Junk or Block). This is done on the recipient's side of an email.We, ReconPro, have no control over what an email provider considers "Junk or Spam". With your help and that of other email recipients, algorithms can be modified to allow proper email delivery into an inbox.


This is done by Whitelisting the ReconPro domain or adjusting the settings with your email provider. Also, With the "CAN-SPAM Act" it contributes a lot to the emailing issue.



For these reasons, your emails from ReconPro show delivered in our Email Activity Report, but the emails can't be found in the email inbox, or spam folders. Below, we have listed resources to help you with the changes for your email settings. Some of the links are for more advanced processes that need an exchange admin to process.

If after doing the above, you're still experiencing issues, please provide us the email addresses that are having this problem. This way, we can verify if they unsubscribed from our emails. (They may have accidentally unsubscribed)
