Sizzling Shots and Spray Tech Talks: Inside our 2025 National Convention

Updated: May 16

What a blast! Day 1 ignited the convention with a deep dive into corporate’s game‑plan for driving Area Reps and franchisees toward record‑setting success. From data‑driven marketing hacks to next‑gen paint formulations, our team unpacked every nugget of innovation meant to turbocharge growth plus plenty of “aha” moments relating to Body Shop Booster and why it matters that had everyone buzzing long after the day ended.

By Day 2, the energy hit peak summer‑beach vibes as our full system of employees from the newest Zees to seasoned spray techs, came together for tech demos using the newest in UV or wheel repairs. Between hands‑on showcases of the latest color‑matching wizardry and friendly rivalries in launching bumpers across the parking lot, we proved time-savers while making us all realize we need to practice throwing bumpers for next year's games (all women and men alike).

We closed out Day 3 honoring the true MVPs: our people. Awards celebrated standout leaders who live our brand values every day, and we raised a toast to Lee Moody (a franchise legend, talented trainer and unbelievable friend) before he (kind of) drove off to his well‑earned retirement. We snuck in a little work though, going over the well crafted Field Guide that Daniel & Grace in NWA printed and adding our newest member "Ray" to COPFAC. That night, we swapped stories over delicious food and ice‑cold drinks, challenged each other to pool and bowling showdowns, and rocked out to our very own operator band (810 Bowling wrote a little bit about the event as well https://810bowling.com/scratch-dent-and-strike-a-convention-night-to-remember/). Suffice it to say, the memories (and the tans) will last well beyond summer ’25.

We can't thank you all enough for joining us this year and hope to see the rest of the system next year (which looks like it may be Nashville, TN)! Please explore the link below for photos and videos of the convention. We are adding more content still to the folder and would encourage you to check back June 1st to see all of the goodies collected from our team members.
