We have our dates set for the 2025 National Convention in Myrtle Beach, SC (Conway).  The technical demos and meetings will all take place at the COP Corporate office located at 125 Daytona Street, Conway, SC.

Our Preliminary Schedule is:

 

• Wed, April 23 - Arrival of Area Developer Franchisees

• Thu, April 24 - Area Developer Meeting

• Thu, April 24 - Welcome Reception

• Fri, April 25 - National Convention Day One

• Sat, April 26 - National Convention Day Two

• Sat, April 26 - Closing Party

• Sun, April 27 - Golf, Beach, Coordinated Group Activities

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot Coastal Carolina

Based on input received so far, we are going to recommend that attendees to our next National Convention do one of the following regarding your room options for your stay during the Convention week/weekend: Lower Cost and Close to Office (Not near beach).  If you'd like to be close to the office where we will be holding all of the training events and meetings and would like a fairly low cost option, book your room at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Coastal Carolina via the link below ASAP.

Ocean Front Houses on VRBO in Myrtle Beach 

Ocean Front (about 20 minutes from Office).  If you'd like to do anything other than the option above, we recommend that you look at the numerous VRBO options for houses and condos on the ocean in Myrtle Beach or the oceanfront towns north and south of Myrtle Beach - North Myrtle Beach, Surfside, Litchfield, Pawleys Island, etc...

Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande

Dunes Ocean Front Hotels.  A couple of the nicest properties on the Ocean that are also in Myrtle Beach would include the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes.  We had a convention here many years ago and the property has been improved in recent years.  Another nice property is the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes which is on the waterway.

Litchfield Beach & Golf 

Ocean Front - South.  A little farther away, but also a beautiful area is Litchfield Beach and Golf.  For something a little removed from the more touristy areas of MB.  

North Beach Resort & Villas

Ocean Front and Options for townhouses, houses, etc...  The North Beach Resort & Villas is a very nice property in North Myrtle Beach.  A little farther drive than Myrtle Beach, but a very nice property with lots of different room, house, townhouse, etc... options.  If you need a local's opinion on a prospective place, just let us know.  My wife is always willing to go investigate the few remaining properties that she has not already visited in the area!  Just let me know what you are looking at.
